At The Pink Kitchen Sink, LLC (“PKS”), we take great care in curating and creating SaySo Notes. Because many of our products are produced in limited quantities or as special collaborations, we ask that you review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Policy
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all SaySo Notes sales are final. Due to the nature of paper goods, limited editions, seasonal releases, and collaborative collections, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Personal preference
Ordering the wrong item
Gifting decisions
Limited Editions & Collaborations
Certain SaySo Notes are released as limited editions, artist collaborations, or special collections. These items are produced in small batches and are final sale once purchased.
By purchasing a limited edition or collaborative SaySo Note, you acknowledge that:
Availability is not guaranteed beyond the initial release
Restocks may not occur
Minor variations in print, paper, or finish are part of the artistic process
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review and assist.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging
If the issue is verified, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping Issues
PKS is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved in rare circumstances, it will be issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
Store Credit
In certain situations, PKS may offer store credit at its discretion. Store credit:
Has no cash value
Is non-transferable
May expire if stated at issuance
