By accessing or using this SaySo Notes landing page or purchasing products through The Pink Kitchen Sink website (powered by Shopify), you agree to the following Terms of Service. 1. Use of This Website

3. SaySo Notes: Limited Editions, Collaborations & Artist Series

Certain SaySo Notes may be released as limited editions, seasonal collections, artist collaborations, or special partnerships. These offerings may be produced in small quantities and, once sold out, may not be restocked.

By purchasing these items, you acknowledge and agree that:

Availability is not guaranteed beyond the initial release
Designs, paper stock, finishes, or packaging may vary slightly between editions
All limited edition, seasonal, and collaboration sales are final unless otherwise stated

All collaborative designs and artwork remain the intellectual property of The Pink Kitchen Sink, LLC and/or the respective collaborating artist, brand, or creator. Purchasing a SaySo Note does not grant any ownership, licensing, or reproduction rights to the artwork, designs, or written content.

We reserve the right to retire, reinterpret, or evolve SaySo collections as the brand grows.

4. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You are providing current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information

  • You authorize PKS to charge your selected payment method for the total purchase amount

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory limitations.

5. Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, rates, and return policies are governed by The Pink Kitchen Sink’s Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which apply to all SaySo Notes purchases.

Due to the nature of limited editions, collaborations, and small-batch production, all sales may be considered final unless otherwise stated on the product page.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe so we can review and assist.

6. Collector’s Notice

Some SaySo Notes are created as keepsake or collectible pieces, produced in intentional, limited runs. By purchasing these items, you acknowledge that:

Restocks are not guaranteed
Retired designs may not be reproduced
Minor variations between print runs are part of the artistic process


This notice helps preserve the integrity and uniqueness of SaySo collections.
