At The Pink Kitchen Sink, LLC (“PKS”), we carefully prepare and ship each SaySo Note with intention and care. Please review the information below before placing your order.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

During peak periods, limited edition releases, or special collaborations, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during these moments of high demand.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Please note:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control
Once an order has shipped, PKS is not responsible for carrier-related delays


You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Limited Editions & Special Releases

Certain SaySo Notes are released as limited editions, artist collaborations, or seasonal collections. These items may have:

Slightly longer processing times
Separate shipping timelines noted on the product page

Availability is not guaranteed once an item sells out.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an error occurred on our part.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

PKS is not responsible for:

Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout
Packages returned due to address errors
Orders returned for this reason may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, PKS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your tracking information shows delivery but you have not received your package, we recommend:

Checking with neighbors or your local carrier
Contacting the carrier directly for assistance


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged item and packaging
We will review and assist on a case-by-case basis.


International Shipping (If Applicable)

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not controlled by PKS and are non-refundable.
